why is it that a morning spent washing laundry (the heavy stuff hung and likely to get rained on), changing bath and bed linens, scrubbing counters, wiping the fridge, sweeping, decluttering and purging onto freecycle, and emptying the compost et al feels like such a good morning? (especially when it will last all of about 10 minutes once lala gets home from preschool!)
it is nice to have a clean house. now...if i could just make progress on my ongoing task list (different from the repeater chores above), that would be nice. we did make progress last night....pulled out a a family heirloom we don't have room for (picked up this morning), mike put together the shelves he bought for the shop and started loading it, and got rid of more stuff into the driveway full of crap (akak the growing bulky pick-up pile). when we are done, i will post before and after photos.
